The Daughters of Radiance Ministry is committed to empowering the women of Bethel A.M.E. Church in Wilmington, Delaware with the tools to practically apply spiritual and biblical principles to effectively overcome the challenges inherent in earthly living.

The ministry seeks to insure that every woman understands their identity as daughters of The Most High God, and fully comprehends the privilege, authority and responsibility that comes with that identity. Through programming that includes retreats, workshops, seminars and other means of sharing the Word of God, we seek to bridge the generation gap and to foster unity among the women of Bethel and the greater Christian community.

To develop the women of Bethel A.M.E. Church as virtuous women of God.
To promote healing through God's Word.
To empower women of God to exercise dominion and power over every living thing.
To develop strategies for reclaiming the Kingdom of God.
To rebuild our lives, our families, and our church.
To acquire and maintain physical, emotional, spiritual, social, and financial security through spiritual development.
To understand the weapons of our warfare.
To understand the keys that make the kingdom work for us.
To foster Naomi/Ruth relationships within the Church
